Also, we also services applicants to help them find the best fit company that they desire.

Job Description/Requirements for Business Developer:

· Responsible for the business development and make phone calls reaching out to new business opportunities

· Responsible for contacting customers and signing/explain contract

· Responsible for writing notes or typing down information on job description

· Responsible for interviewing new applications

· Must be willing to learn

· Bilingual in English and Chinese

· Have your own transportation

Job Description/Requirements for Office Executive:

· Schedule for interviews and appointment

· Post job description online

· Prepare printed job description, contract, company’s background

· Responsible for email and the transition between recruiter and business developer

· Responsible for inputting and recording information

· Responsible for follow up and understanding customers’ needs

Job Description/Requirements for recruiter:

· Follow up using calling/emailing/texting for our customer’s updates

· Writing job description and summary

· Finding candidate from all source

· Collecting resumes and constantly looking for new candidates

· Writing and sending invoice of our customers after each case

· Follow up with customers and candidates for feed back
