Job Description/Requirements: Executive Personal Assistant

· Coordinate among different departments

§ Communicate with technical staff in China (required knowledge of IT technical terms)

§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

§ Assist the CEO with work and personal life (mainly work related)

§ Travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, car transportation.

Job Description/Requirements: Marketing Specialist and Sales

· Responsible for customer sales from pre-purchase to post-purchase, leveraging all communication touchpoints (e-mail, social media, phone)

§ Able to develop new clients and close deals

§ Have basic marketing knowledge

§ Persistent and aggressive attitude

§ Consistently perform on a variety of dimensions, such as meeting sales goals and quality assurance requirements

§ Accept remote work

§ Sponsor H1B

Job Description/Requirements: Customer Service

· Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint via email or phone; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution

§ Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese

§ Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling

§ Good communication skills and able to see customers’ needs

§ Calm and patient to customers
