Dear ACSS friends,
As devoted researchers, we all aspire to make groundbreaking discoveries and publish our research in top tier journals, like Cell, Nature, and Science. While some of us have already fulfilled their aspirations, most of us are still marching on doggedly toward the pinnacle. What does it take to conduct top-tier research, you may wonder, and what are the strategies to have your work actually published in CNS? Hopefully you can get some of your questions answered if you join us for our next ACSS "Great People & Science (GPS)" seminar. We are lucky enough to have Dr. Yuan He, a postdoc from UC Berkeley, to speak at the seminar. Yuan just published a Nature article (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=nogales%2C+he+y) several months ago. In the seminar, Yuan will not only present his cutting-edge discoveries, but also share his experience and thoughts on how to conduct and publish top-level research.
