It may be necessary to pass through the buildings fronting on Parnassus Avenue, using stairs or elevators to reach your destination. School of Nursing Bldg., photo In particular, the School of Nursing Building ("N") is positioned out-of-view uphill and behind the Clinical Sciences Building ("C") at 530 Parnassus Ave. However, interior hallways connect floors two through seven of building C to building N. Information sessions are usually held in the second-floor classrooms in the School of Nursing Building, or in the Health Sciences West Tower ("HSW"). Because of the sloping terrain, the ground-level floor of the Nursing building is floor number two, and the ground-level floor of HSW is floor number three. You must use elevators or stairways to reach floors 2-3 from Parnassus Avenue building entrances. The following illustrations may be helpful in guiding you to the appropriate campus building. Note that both campus illustrations show the view looking southward (uphill).
