I am living in new york state.

where to file advance parole (I-131).

I am I-485 pending now(based on 1-130). I had interview one year ago, But I am still waiting for the Green card. Also which documents need..

I am still not sure where I file the advance parole(1-131)form.

1):File the I-131 form to The PO BOX address on your I-485 receipt???

2):USCIS, PO.BOX 805887 CHICAGO, IL 60680

3):USCIS TEXAS SERVICE CENTER, PO.BOX 851182, MESQUITE, TX 75185-1182

or somewhere else???

Also which documents need..

For family based I-131 application, you should mail the application to Chicago Center.

For documents to be prepared, please contact our office for assistance.
