各位好：
首先, 必须先注册"UCSF 中国学生学者联谊会Email 通知服务",才能群发Email 信息.
注册方法:
http://www.acssemail.ucbbs.org
如果需要通过Email 给大家发信息，请尽量参照下述方法：
1. 注册并登陆 UCBBS.ORG 网站.[ http://www.ucbbs.org ]
2. 在适当的版块发帖子。
3.确认发帖成功后,查看您刚发的帖子,将浏览器地址栏中的链接复制到您的Email中即可(复制或不复制帖子的内容到您的Email中都可以)。
4.发送邮件到 ACSS@LISTSRV.UCSF.EDU
5.过几分钟后服务器会发确认email 给你,内容格式如下,点击那个链接就成功了.
To APPROVE the message:
http://listsrv.ucsf.edu/cgi-bin/wa?OK=42380704&L=ACSS

这样做的目的是为了避免重复发送email, 大家能在论坛中回复、讨论您的发的信息，同时论坛支持中文，便于交流。谢谢大家合作。

Hi,Everyone:
  Later, If you need to send a notice to all the ACSS email list member, Pls follows the following format and method if possible.
First you need to register for ACSS emaillist. Check it here:
http://www.acssemail.ucbbs.org

1.Register and Log in the UCBBS.ORG . [ http://www.ucbbs.org ]
2.Post your notice in the appropriate board .
3.While you checking the post, copy the post link from the IE address then paste to your email(You can choose to copy the post contents to your email or not).
4. Send it to " ACSS@LISTSRV.UCSF.EDU ", OK.
5.You will get an email to let you approve, click the link in that email, OK !

This make others can reply your notice in the BBS, it's easy to communicate and discuss，and you can write in Chinese. Thanks!
