$550/month, one big bedroom for rent (from Dec.1, 2009 to Oct. 31, 2010)

Here’s one private bedroom (with big closet, one bed, two tables, two chairs) for rent at $550/month. Utilities are $25/month, including electricity, 24-hour hot water, trash service, wireless internet, etc.
Deposit: only $350.
The living room, bathroom, and kitchen are big and cozy, shared with a nice Chinese couple (postdoc at Berkeley with his wife).
It’s on the Liberty Street, close to El Cerrito Del Norte and El Cerrito Plaza Bart Station, close to several supermarkets, stores and bus stops, convenient to go to campus.
Most importantly, it’s very SAFE to live in because it’s only 2 minutes walk to the El Cerrito Police Station and City Hall.
The environment is wonderful. Btw: there is a swimming pool in the yard.

Look for a quiet roommate (male or female or a couple are all OK.)

I am from Dalian China, I will go to UC Berkeley as a visiting scholar on Oct 29, 2010, and I want to rent a room for about 3-4months.
I have got the rent room news from the UCB bbs, Have your room rented?
