There is safe and convenient.
Location is near Ashby Bart Station.
There is the #88 bus-stop as far from home only for one minute, that is going to the Berkeley downtown for twelve minutes,then you can transfer to UC campus;
Free internet service;
Shared big kitchen,bath room and laundry room
The room is available from June 01,2012

1.有一个带家具的房间出租，房租是$650.00/月(含水电、网络、垃圾费)。
2.地址在Ashby Ave.，此地段安全且交通方便。离Bart站很近；旁边还有88路公交直接坐到Berkeley downtown(约12分钟)，再走3分钟就到UCB西校门(也可以在downtown转乘校车到校园)
3.有家具和厨具，还有洗衣机和烘干机。
4.每周你可以和房东一起去买菜，不用担心自己没车不方便，且附近也有杂货店。
5.要求租客不抽烟，无宠物，无不良嗜好.最好是一个人入住。
