This position works closely with all levels of management locally and in NY. Candidates must have at least five years of work experience preferably in private wealth or financial services. Some management experience and an MBA is highly preferred. The Management Team Associate/VP plays an important role in running the regional office on a daily basis. The individual in this role will report to both the Regional Manager and the Global Head of Private Wealth Management Middle Office in New York. Principal Responsibilities: Work with Regional Manager on the annual business plan and other strategic projects Conduct annual business reviews of teams along with the Regional Manager and PWM senior management Manage support issues Oversee, manage, direct and coordinate recruiting activities, including the interviewing process, selling process and ongoing recruiting events Provide follow up and report on status of lead tracking Maintain ongoing discussion with teams about team issues, support requirements, etc. Handle personnel issues, including employee relations, nominations and promotions Conduct personal development review process Determine and review compensation Oversee compliance activities Coordinate training activities for sales peoples, financial analysts and client analysts Oversee and manage the office P&L with close review of costs Liaise with Commission Accounting Group on matters relating to sales compensation and bonus programs Maintain and analyze client demographic information, account size, type of accounts, etc. Responsible for new technology roll outs and maintaining infrastructure to support the business Coordinate moves, densifications and office relocations Coordinate client conferences and events Experience/Skills: Series 7, 9 or 10 strongly preferred Financial industry experience Sales experience a plus Good judgment Results oriented Highly organized; attention to detail and excellent follow-through required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment Project management Supervisory skills Strong analytical skills Customer service experience / client oriented Salary - $70-100k plus bonus Hours - 6:00 - 3:00 摘自 加州大学论坛旧版 (Universities in California Bulletin Board System) hyang123456 2008-07-01 20:16 |
